-heavy-duty shelving

-floor space for a large work bench/multiple electric tools on platforms

-many garden tool wall brackets

-multiple electrical outlets

-a central vac outlet

-an automatic Overhead Thermacore garage door for easy access. (the workshop is also accessible through the main garage)

-extra trim boards, tiles and roofing shingles are stored in the workshop bay and will remain with the house
