Perimeter Trail: A seasonally maintained perimeter pathway wraps around the entire property boundary (8 acres); it is ten feet wide and drivable with an all terrain vehicle or walkable, and boundary lines are staked
Native Species: Blue spruce evergreens, dog wood trees, oaks, maples and other species of hardwoods dot the property (minimal pine)
A variety of wildflowers, mountain laurel and rhododendron; black bear, deer, raccoon, coyote, fox, raptors, wild turkeys, birds of all kinds including hummingbirds
The property includes several underground springs |
