The third floor (loft) living space is 1508 sq.ft divided up as follows: two bedrooms each with private baths and closets (740 sq. ft.) and an open loft area (768 sq. ft.)

The open loft area overlooks the Great Room below with fabulous views of the mountains.

This multi-use space is currently used as office space but it lends itself to many other uses including entertainment, even a children's area. An elevator connects all three floors.
