The Collins property is located in the Chestnut Tops Community in Blount County, TN. Chestnut Tops is a 170-acre environmentally-focused community currently consisting of 10+ property owners, each with tracts no smaller than 5 acres, some much larger. Each tract, regardless of size, is limited to one single-family dwelling.

You can access the Chestnut Tops Community via Montvale Road (Rt 336) from Maryville, or via the scenic Foothills Parkway from Rt 321 at Walland. The Foothills Parkway is a national parkway which runs along the crest of Chilhowee Mountain, in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. From various overlooks along the parkway, one can see the high peaks of the Smokies to the south and, to the north, most of Blount County and parts of Knoxville. The Cumberland Plateau spans the horizon to the northwest.
