| Hardwood floors are beautiful but for the homeowner that installation is also scary!
Umteen workers tromping through the house bring sand, mud, bits of gravel, and sawdust with them, even if they don't mean to. And of course, things get dropped. These are difficult interfaces for expensive hardwood floors. Nevertheless this crew from the Gillenwater Flooring in Maryville did a fantastic job in a very short period of time. |
 The first 3/4-inch SHAW prefinished oak board goes down on top of HWD-15 hardwood floor underlayment. |
 Once that first board is aligned and nailed down, the rest goes quickly. |

 These views of the main living floor give you an idea of the metamorphasis that the space goes through with the addition of the hardwood flooring! The floors are clogged with dust now but they will be b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l soon! |

 The crew worked by natural light, arriving early and staying as late each day as the sun allowed. This, of course, was because the electrician left everyone in the dark for several or more weeks. No matter, this team took it all in stride, thankfully. They even cleaned up after themselves! |
 Fast and furious, that's the best way to describe this flooring crew! CLAP CLAP CLAP! for a job well done. |
